Creative Scotland

BAFTA will be selecting the 2010 UK submission for the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar.  Eligible films must have
been released for at least seven consecutive days from 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2010. 

The dialogue must be predominately in a language other than English.
 Previous winners include The Secret in their Eyes (Argentina, 2009) and Departures (Japan, 2008).  For full eligibility requirements, please go to:

The deadline for notification of intended submission is 16 August 2010.
