Fixed term freelance contract for 5 months in the first instance

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Smallpetitklein in the form of Learning & Development Coordinator. The main focus of this role will involve the delivery of a performance for children and associated workshops in primary schools across Scotland. This role will include performance and workshop delivery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the effective day to day running of the busy Learning & Development department which works with a variety of project partners to deliver a range of education initiatives across Scotland.

For the role of Learning & Development Coordinator you will need to have completed a 3 year vocational dance training programme, have at least 2 years performance experience, and extensive experience of delivery and working in the field of education. Candidates must have the ability to work confidently within a team and possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English. They should also have strong analytical and IT skills, an ability to work quickly and prioritise work effectively.
